- ITI qualification in the Electrician Trade or equivalent.

Eligibility Criteria
- Only Indian nationals belonging to the state of Odisha are eligible.
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old as on 1 August 2026.
- Candidate must possess the prescribed qualification by 1 July 2026.
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination are not eligible.
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
- Candidates having one year or more job experience are not eligible.
- Candidates must satisfy the prescribed physical standards under the Apprenticeship Rules.
Important Qualification Passing-Year Condition
Candidates must have passed the required qualification during the 2023-24, 2024-25 or 2025-26 academic year.
The gap between the date of passing the qualifying examination and joining the apprenticeship must not be more than three years.

Training Duration
The apprenticeship training period is one year (12 months).
