DRDO GTRE is inviting applications for three categories of apprentices:

1. ITI Apprentices

Educational Qualification:

  • Passed ITI in respective trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized institutions.

📑 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 27 years for General category
    (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per Govt. rules)

Other Criteria:

  • Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship in any Government/public sector/DRDO organization are not eligible to apply again.

  • Candidates must have passed their qualifying exam (ITI/Diploma/Degree) in 2022, 2023, or 2024.

📋 Selection Process

There will be no written test or interview. Selection is based on:

  1. Merit List – Based on percentage/marks of the qualifying examination (ITI/Diploma/Degree).

  2. Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates.

  3. Final Selection – Based on verification and eligibility criteria.
