- Technician Apprentice – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electronics, etc.
- Graduate Apprentice – B.E/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Trade Apprentice: 10th pass + ITI in respective trade (NCVT/SCVT recognized)
- Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline
- Graduate Apprentice: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in relevant discipline
- Other Categories (e.g., HR, Accounts): B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, MBA (if specified)
- Age Limit: 18 – 24 years as on 28 February 2025
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (additional)
Selection Process:
- Written Examination (Objective Type – 90 minutes)
- No interview – selection is purely based on the marks obtained in the written test
- Final merit list will be prepared region-wise, category-wise, and trade-wise
Exam Pattern:
- Sections:
- Generic Aptitude & Reasoning
- General English
- Technical Knowledge (based on relevant trade/discipline)
- Total Questions: 100 (Objective Type)
- Duration: 90 Minutes
- Negative Marking: No
Stipend:
As per Apprenticeship Rules – approximately ₹7,000 to ₹9,000 per month depending on category and qualification
Training Duration:
Generally 12 months (may vary slightly based on trade/discipline)
