It is important to repeat in a scientific way to get a good result.

To memorize any subject, it is mandatory to repeat it. Repetting in a scientific way means that we should know how long it will be after repeating one and the second repeat time. We must repeat our knowledge once a week for a good memory.

We have to admit that -
'Strong memory is not as good as a week point!'
Unless we repeat, there is no importance of reading and learning anything. You all know how important it is to repeat, but it is important to repeat in a scientific way to get a good result.
Repeating in a scientific way
We try to understand this with an example. If we remember a topic in two hours a day, when should it be repeated? Scientifically speaking, it should be done by the end of the first 24 hours.
There is a reason for this. Our brain is able to hold 80 to 100 percent of newly learned things or information for 24 hours only. If you do not read or repeat during this period, the cycle of forgetting starts as fast. So the first revision must be done by the end of 24 hours.
After repeating once in 24 hours, our brain remembers this information for about seven days. After seven days, the cycle of forgetting starts fast again.
Next revision should be after seven days
If we revise the first in 24 hours and the second time after seven days, then our repeat time remains only 10 percent. This is ten percent of the time, which is spent in learning the topic.
