🎓 Educational Qualification

To be eligible for the Technician post, the candidate must fulfill the following criteria:

Essential:
- 10th Pass / Matriculation with minimum 50% marks.
- ITI Certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Desirable:
- Working experience in the relevant trade is preferable but not mandatory.

🎯 Age Limit

Maximum Age: 28 years as on 15 April 2025
Minimum Age: 18 years

Relaxations in Upper Age Limit:

SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules

💰 Pay Scale & Benefits

Selected candidates will be appointed in the Pay Level-2 (₹19,900 - ₹63,200) under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. They will also be entitled to other allowances like:

Dearness Allowance (DA)
House Rent Allowance (HRA)
Transport Allowance (TA)
Medical Facilities
Leave benefits and other central government perks

🧪 Selection Process

The selection for Technician (1) posts will be done in the following two stages:

1. Written Examination

Objective Type Paper covering:

- General English
- Reasoning Ability
- Trade-related knowledge

2. Trade Test

Candidates shortlisted in the written exam will be called for a Trade Test, where practical skills will be tested.

Final selection will be based on the merit of both stages.
