Nowadays, many companies interview first round of phone calls only. Candidates are considered a very effective way to shortlist. One advantage of this is that for those who are not able to give face to face interviews, then it is very good to give phone interviews for them. But it is considered very essential to take care of some things in it. So let's learn about those things-

Put resume
Print your resume and highlight the points you want to include during the interview. This can help you a lot. You can also be useful during answering any questions asked by the company. Also, keep a pan and notepad in your hand. Keep in mind that never open résumé on the phone and laptop, as it can be closed at any time, you may be nervous which can have an effect on the interview.

Comfortable atmosphere
Stay away from the noisy atmosphere during the interview. Find a quiet place and try that no one else comes there at that time.

Listen first
First listen to the manager of the company to note down what they want on a paper. Then give your answers according to their need.

Keep smile
It is also important to make a good impression with your voice while talking. In this case, keep your throat right before the interview and keep drinking water in between. The most important thing is to keep a smile on your face.

Do no work
Do not do any other work during the telephone interview. This can spoil your interview.
