OPTCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL), Odisha Government Undertaking ने 2026-27 Apprenticeship Session के लिए Degree, Diploma और ITI Trade Apprentices के कुल 100 पदों पर आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। इनमें 36 ITI Trade Apprentice Seats हैं।

महत्वपूर्ण: यह Apprenticeship Training है, Permanent Government Job नहीं। Apprenticeship पूरी होने के बाद OPTCL में नियमित रोजगार का कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा।

Official notification में उम्मीदवार की न्यूनतम आयु 01 अगस्त 2026 को 18 वर्ष से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए। उपलब्ध notification में अधिकतम आयु सीमा अलग से निर्धारित नहीं दी गई है।

अन्य Eligibility Conditions

केवल Odisha State के Indian Nationals आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Prescribed qualification किसी recognized Board / Council / University / Institute से regular full-time course होनी चाहिए।
उम्मीदवार के पास आवश्यक qualification का passing certificate / final year marksheet 01 जुलाई 2026 तक होना चाहिए।
Requisite qualifying examination में appearing candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
Essential qualification पास करने और apprenticeship joining के बीच का gap 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
Qualification Academic Year 2023-24, 2024-25 या 2025-26 में पास की गई होनी चाहिए।
उम्मीदवार ने पहले Apprentices Act के तहत apprenticeship training पूरी नहीं की हो।
एक वर्ष या उससे अधिक का job experience रखने वाले उम्मीदवार eligible नहीं हैं।
उम्मीदवार को prescribed minimum physical standards पूरा करना होगा।

OPTCL के अनुसार Degree Engineering, Diploma Technician और Degree Non-Engineering Apprentices के stipend में 50% OPTCL तथा शेष 50% BOPT द्वारा DBT के माध्यम से दिया जाएगा।

Apprenticeship Training अवधि

सभी Apprentice categories के लिए training period एक वर्ष अर्थात 12 महीने है।

Training online apprenticeship contract की तारीख से शुरू होगी और satisfactory performance के अधीन एक वर्ष तक चलेगी। Stipend online contract date से देय होगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया

OPTCL notification के अनुसार Apprentices का selection Academic Merit / Written Test / Interview, as required के आधार पर किया जा सकता है।

महत्वपूर्ण: Official notification ने ITI candidates के लिए कोई अलग fixed written-exam pattern या निश्चित marks distribution घोषित नहीं किया है। इसलिए selection process को केवल notification में दिए गए Academic Merit / Written Test / Interview as required के अनुसार समझें।

Application Process

उम्मीदवारों को पहले संबंधित Apprenticeship Portal पर registration करना होगा। इसके बाद OPTCL की website पर online application submit करना होगा।

ITI Candidates – NAPS Registration

सबसे पहले NAPS (Apprenticeship India) portal पर candidate registration करें।
अपना NAPS Enrollment / Registration Number प्राप्त करें।
इसके बाद OPTCL Apprentice application portal पर जाएं।
अपनी personal, educational, bank और Aadhaar details सही-सही भरें।
OPTCL application submit करें और भविष्य के लिए application details सुरक्षित रखें।

Degree / Diploma Candidates – NATS Registration

Degree और Diploma candidates को NATS 2.0 portal पर registration करना होगा।
NATS Enrollment Number प्राप्त करें।
इसके बाद OPTCL के online application portal पर application submit करें।

Aadhaar और Bank Account

उम्मीदवार का Aadhaar Bank Account से seeded होना आवश्यक है, क्योंकि stipend के DBT payment के लिए bank account details का उपयोग किया जाएगा।

Training Location

Accommodation: OPTCL training location पर accommodation अथवा accommodation के बदले कोई allowance प्रदान नहीं करेगा।

महत्वपूर्ण सावधानियां

केवल Odisha State के eligible candidates आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
ITI candidates के लिए NAPS registration आवश्यक है।
Degree और Diploma candidates के लिए NATS 2.0 registration आवश्यक है।
Application में Educational, Personal, Bank और Aadhaar details सही भरें।
गलत या incomplete application reject की जा सकती है।
False information मिलने पर candidature / engagement cancel की जा सकती है।
Vacancies corporation की आवश्यकता के अनुसार बढ़ या घट सकती हैं।
किसी discipline में suitable candidates उपलब्ध न होने पर उसी apprenticeship type के दूसरे discipline के candidates को consider किया जा सकता है।
Document Verification / Interview के लिए TA/DA या अन्य खर्च का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।

क्या OPTCL Apprentice के बाद Permanent Job मिलेगी?

नहीं। OPTCL की official notification स्पष्ट करती है कि apprenticeship पूरी करने के बाद OPTCL पर apprentice को employment देना अनिवार्य नहीं है। Apprenticeship पूरी होने के आधार पर regular employment का कोई अधिकार claim नहीं किया जा सकता।
