Apprenticeship Certificate – Additional Weightage
Candidates holding an NCVT apprenticeship certificate and marksheet in the same trade can receive additional weightage in the selection process.
The notification-based selection details provide 10 marks of weightage for the eligible same-trade NCVT apprenticeship certificate.
Therefore, candidates with both ITI qualification and a relevant same-trade apprenticeship certificate should provide the apprenticeship details correctly in the application.

Salary / Fixed Pay
The Helper post is initially offered on a fixed-pay basis for five years.
After satisfactory completion of the prescribed five-year period, candidates become eligible for regular appointment on the regular Helper pay scale then applicable in GSRTC, subject to the Corporation's rules and conditions.
