Qualifications :

Essentials : BE/B.TECH WITH M.TECH/MCA/MBA (Full time/Regular)

Desirable : Additional Certification or training in Project Management ,ITIL, Enterprise Architecture .

Experience

Atleast 10 Years of relevant Experience in the following :

1) Managing large scale software development Projects ,Spanning Multiple locations, Especially in maintenance Phase

2) Interacting with both business and technology teams.

Skills and Expertise :

The Project Manager will have the following Kinds of Experitise

1) Evaluation of technology and tools with capability to give inputs on technology and tools.
2) Managing change request and Change control Processes.
3) Effort and Timeline Estimation skills.
4) Negotiation Skills
5) People Management Skiils
6) Risk analysis and Mitigation
7) Excellent Understanding of quality and Process Frameworks
8) Coordination Skills
